When Will My Item Arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:

Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

It also includes two external zippered pockets for additional small items. With a shoulder strap and dual carry handles, transporting your medical equipment has never been easier.

Safely Store and Transport Your Medical Gear: The bag has multiple pockets and a large interior compartment, allowing you to safely store and transport necessary medical equipment. It is sized to perfectly fit wellness items such as the Vive ice therapy machine and Vive sequential compression therapy devices for arms and legs.

Padded Interior with a Secure Strap: The bag provides greater protection from accidental bumps, scratches, and wear. An interior adjustable strap secures your ice therapy machine or compression pump in place to prevent shifting and provide greater stability.

Reinforced Waterproof Exterior: The bag is made with a sturdy polyester material and features a reinforced base to ensure it stays upright. It also has dual handles for easy carrying and an adjustable shoulder strap that can be stored inside the bag when not in use. The bag is waterproof to protect your physical therapy equipment when traveling in inclement weather.

Easily Access the Essentials: The bag has multiple pockets for storing small items including daily necessities. Two exterior zippered pockets allow you to stash small components, medical supplies, personal protective equipment as well as phones, keys, and small items. A mesh zippered pocket is located inside the lid for storing more items.
